A graduate of the Fort Plain High School, Chef Aaron studied culinary arts at Johnson & Wales University in Providence, RI and restaurant operations at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY. His career has ranged from cooking at the prestigious Chatham Bars Inn on Cape Cod to managing chain restaurants in Baltimore and Philadelphia. He is currently the chef owner of The Table at Fort Plain, just two doors east of Highwheeler.
Chef Aaron is excited to be associated with Highwheeler. Coffee is a very interesting food. Getting the perfect extraction is a form of alchemy.
